Within this fantastic opportunity you will provide private equity fund administration, corporate services and investor services to private equity funds and underlying private equity fund vehicles ensuring that they are fully compliant with fund documentation, legal and regulatory requirements to which they are subject. You will also assist in preparing all fund distribution and call notices to investors in accordance with the fund agreements and legal and regulatory requirements including sending of notices to investors. The successful candidate will have an interest in studying towards ICSA/ACCA/ACA or a similar qualification and ideally have prior experience of private equity and fund administration. You will also be a team player and have the ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines.
