Receptionist - Guernsey

As a Receptionist in this brilliant permanent full-time commercial opportunity, you will be the first point of contact for the company, based in a St. Peter Port office. Duties include administration support, greeting clients/customers who may visit the office, answering phone calls, email management, key management, daily post, ensuring the office is presentable at all times and assisting with the general operational running of the office. You will have proven receptionist/front office representative experience, excellent computer skills, a fantastic telephone manor and the ability to multitask and stay organised, prioritising when necessary. You will also have experience working as part of a team within an office environment, an understanding of video conferencing tools such as Teams/Zoom to enable pan-island meetings and an excellent knowledge of the island of Guernsey, including landmarks and road names.
