Audit Senior

Our client is an ambitious and expanding firm located in St Helier, currently seeking a qualified ACA or ACCA experienced accountant to step into the role of Audit Senior. This full-time position encompasses all aspects of audit assignments, from initial planning through to completion, with the successful candidate reporting directly to managers and directors. The ideal candidate will enjoy the opportunity to lead audit teams, liaise directly with clients, and provide development support to junior team members, all while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Job Duties:

• Lead audit teams on various assignments
• Liaise directly with clients to ensure smooth communication and satisfaction
• Manage multiple audit deadlines to ensure timely completion
• Prepare comprehensive audit working papers
• Run several simultaneous assignments effectively
• Provide technical advice and support to clients
• Offer training and developmental support to junior team members

Job Requirements:

• ACA or ACCA qualification
• Strong technical knowledge of the audit process and auditing standards
• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on client interaction
• Good work ethic and a proactive approach to tasks
• Ability to guide and mentor junior team members
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple assignments
