Legal Professional

Our client is not actively recruiting for a specific role at present but is open to expressions of interest from legal candidates looking to transition into financial regulation. The successful candidate will provide legal advice to support the organisation’s regulatory and supervisory activities and assist with various legal matters.

Job Duties:

• Support the organisation's regulatory and supervisory activities through legal advice
• Assist with policy development
• Advise on day-to-day operational matters
• Draft rules, regulations, and ordinances
• Liaise with external legal advisors, legislative drafters, and industry bodies
• Undertake litigation work

Job Requirements:

• Experience at the Legal Counsel level or a keen interest in commencing a legal career
• Strong understanding of legal principles related to regulatory environments
• Ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Excellent drafting and communication skills
