Our client is seeking a dedicated Accounts Officer to assist the Associate Director/Manager and the team with operational tasks within the Finance department. This permanent position offers a hybrid working structure, allowing for both in-office and remote work. The role is ideal for an individual looking to develop their knowledge in trust or who has prior experience in an internal finance role, particularly with accounting packages, to ensure a high-quality output.
JOB DUTIES:
- Prepare and review daily operational tasks, such as invoices, credit notes, onboarding of new clients, and sales ledger related queries.
- Manage a busy inbox, allocating queries to the team accordingly.
- Liaise with Administration Teams to promote adherence to deadlines and the delivery of billing processes and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Review and process client entity closedown requests.
- Assist with month-end reporting tasks.
- Engage in ad-hoc projects and requests as needed.
- Uphold the Group’s policies and standards, ensuring compliance with legislative regulations.
- Adhere to Risk & Compliance procedures in relation to regulatory requirements and anti-money laundering (AML) legislation.
- Reflect the core values and expected behaviours of the organisation in all tasks.
