Senior Administrator, Settlement Operations

In this 12 Month Fixed Term Contract you will be responsible for updating the client book of records by inputting, checking and posting securities transactions. You will work closely with the Investment Management business to ensure workflows are completed in a timely manner, and liaise with external parties to arrange client asset transfers. This role would suit a candidate with proven securities industry experience, together with a good understanding of other operational areas along with a methodical approach to accurately process and authorise data and confident with Microsoft Office software.

Corporate Actions Senior Administrator

Do you have extensive Corporate Actions experience along with a broad technical knowledge of market practices in several Regions? Are you ready for your next challenge? If so, our client is seeking a Corporate Actions Senior Administrator to join their team on a 6 month temporary basis. You will be responsible for ensuring client notifications are clear and concise prior to publishing as well as client entitlements being accurately reconciled prior to posting. Wealth Management Assistant

Our client is seeking an Assistant to join their Wealth Management’s team, on a 6 month temporary basis, to assist and support the Senior Wealth Managers and Wealth Managers with the Front Office administration of their clients’ accounts. The role will also include general reporting and projects as required by Head Office. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role along with a relevant Level 4 qualification such as IAD and technical knowledge of banking and operational procedures. Securities Operations Technical Specialist

Our client is seeking a Securities Operations Technical Specialist to join their team, on a 6-12 month temporary basis, to support a wide range of functions across the department, particularly within Settlements, Transitions, Corporate Actions and Controls. The role encompasses all aspects of securities and investment management, from stock data and dealing, to trade settlements, reconciliations and reporting. Specialised knowledge of broker dealer settlement activities for domestic and international securities is essential, as is experience of working with counterparties such as brokers, custodians, data providers, depositaries and their respective online systems. A good working knowledge of the SWIFT network, IDC (FTS) and Bloomberg would be a distinct advantage.

Assistant Manager, Operations

Do you have experience working in a unionised operational environment? Do you have good analytical capability, financial awareness and record keeping skills? If so, we have received a new temporary vacancy, for an individual to act as an Assistant Manager within our client’s Operations team, from March to September 2019. You will organise, control and effectively manage day to day, all operations, associated with the Solid Waste Section to ensure that the Solid Waste services and processes are managed to agreed standards, and are compliant with Health & Safety policy and procedures. You will also supervise the reception of trade and domestic waste prior to recycling or energy recovery, and the disposal of ash and wastes by controlled tipping, recycling or other means.
