Our client is seeking a HR Manager to join their team of circa 180 employees, on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Regional Head of HR – Europe, you will act as a point of contact for employees, supervisors and managers of all HR related issues, responding effectively to local and global queries in a timely manner, advise managers on all aspects of the employee lifecycle including recruitment, performance management and compensation, coach managers through informal employee relations. You will also manage formal investigations, whilst ensuring the effective execution of HR processes such as payroll and data management. The successful candidate will have experience covering CI from a HR perspective, and hold a HR management or business or business-related degree, and be CIPD qualified.
