Due to a promotion within the business an opportunity has arisen, on a full or part-time basis, for a Reception to join our client’s front of house team, on a permanent basis. This role encompasses reception duties, as well as providing support to other departments. Within this busy and varied role your key duties and responsibilities will include managing the telephone switchboard, daily courier, post and office administration duties, arranging in house drinks / lunches, maintaining the booking system for the boardroom and meeting rooms, ordering and maintaining office supplies, company archiving, as well as arranging the printing, signing and return of contracts.
