As a Fiduciary Support Assistant you will provide a full operational and administrative service, covering scanning, paper filing and archive administration. Your key responsibilities will include receiving, sorting and distributing all mail and couriers, ensuring all required paper filing is sorted accurately and filed correctly, that scanning is indexed in a timely manner, as well as maintaining a supply of day to day stationary.
