Are you looking for a temporary opportunity? If so, our client is seeking a HR Business Partner to join their team, on a 3 month basis, from April – July 2019. You will work in partnership with managers to deliver a professional human resources service, based on a business partnering relationship, ensuring that management adopt good HR practices and work within policy guidelines. This will include coaching managers to ensure that they are equipped to deal with a range of HR issues to include job analysis, recruitment and retention, absence management and performance management.
