Do you have previous Reception experience along with an enthusiastic and positive attitude? Are you looking for a new opportunity? If so, our client is seeking a Receptionist to join their busy front of house team, on a permanent basis. Your key responsibilities will include undertaking reception duties which will include answering calls, dealing with clients, organising meetings room and conference facilities, maintaining taxi bookings and schedules, arranging in-house lunches and refreshments, arranging conference calls and Webex facilities, as well as sorting incoming and outgoing mail and couriers. You will also provide PA support to the PA team including administrative duties, and the organisation of Sports and Social initiatives and events.
