The purpose of this role is to plan, manage and organise the resources of the Safeguarding Office, including line management responsibility for one full-time Administrative Officer. You will provide administrative leadership to the Partnership Boards, to meet objectives, strategic aims, and Jersey’s international obligations, pro-actively identify when action is needed, in order to ensure policy, procedures and documentation remain effective and relevant, and that the Safeguarding Partnership Boards are compliant with statutory, mandatory and best practice requirements. You will also provide efficient and confidential secretariat and administrative support, whilst managing and leading the administrative functions. This is a temporary role until June 2019.
