Trainee Fund Administrator

Job Duties:

  • Assist with client due diligence and compliance checks for new business
  • Support the client and fund investor acceptance processes
  • Help with the day-to-day administration of client entities
  • Assist with fund transactions, including drawdowns, distributions, and investment activity
  • Scan and electronically file client documentation
  • Input data into fund administration systems
  • Prepare statutory and regulatory filings
  • Respond to compliance monitoring queries
  • Prepare payment instructions
