Temporary Marketing Assistant - 1-2 weeks

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive temporary Marketing Data Assistant to support their Clients & Markets team. This short-term role will focus on checking contact data for upload into an internal system, ensuring accuracy and consistency across records. Based in Guernsey, the Temporary Marketing Assistant will work closely with members of the Marketing team to ensure that data is correctly collated as part of an ongoing project.

Job Duties:

• Review and validate contact data in spreadsheets for completeness and accuracy
• Identify and correct inconsistencies, duplicates and formatting issues
• Liaise with the Marketing team to clarify discrepancies
• Maintain confidentiality and data integrity throughout the checking process

Job Requirements:

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage own time
• Prior experience with data entry is an advantage but not essential
• Awareness of the finance industry with at least 1-2 years' experience is preferred; however, the role is suitable for school/university graduates with strong administrative skills who are looking for office experience and meet the above requirements
