Our client is seeking a Payment Officer to support their team in a back office capacity, primarily focusing on fund administration. This role encompasses various responsibilities under the guidance of a Manager and involves collaboration with both the fund administration and accounting teams. The Payment Officer will play a crucial role in processing payments such as invoices, capital calls, and distributions, adhering to internal checklists and procedures. Additionally, the role includes completing investor updates in compliance with company policies and assisting in the collection of due diligence document requests. This position also requires the responsibility of maintaining and saving documents within the document management system according to established procedures. Furthermore, the Payment Officer will be expected to attend to other ad-hoc client requests or undertake project work as deemed necessary by the team.
