A brilliant opportunity has arisen to join a leading commercial telecommunications company as a Retail Sales Advisor on a permanent full-time basis. You will work 5 days per week, Monday to Saturday, Saturdays on a rota basis and Sundays during the Christmas period. You will primarily pro-actively sell products and services, providing customers with guidance and technical support and excellent customer service. Duties will include but not be limited to maximising sales opportunities whilst ensuring products and services fulfil customers’ requirements, dealing with customer complaints and queries, inspecting and testing faulty equipment and accurately accounting for stock, including loans issued and retrieved and assisting with account enquiries. This role will suit someone educated to GCSE standard with 1-2 years’ sales / retail experience and the ability to operate a number of computer systems.
