An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Collections Advisor to join our clients friendly team on a permanent full-time basis. You will be reporting to the Supervisor, the Collections Advisor will provide a professional efficient debt collection service for the Company, being responsible for minimising bad debt and supporting our clients customers in financial difficulties, ultimately ensuring a fair customer outcome at all times. The ideal candidate will have experience with cash handling and the taking of payments including working in a customer service role.
