You will complete general banking requests such as payments, balance enquires, transfers as well as guide and support customers with all queries regarding their financial goals. The successful candidate will have experience of working in a customer facing environment. Strong communication skills are a necessity, as part of the role involves explaining company products and procedures to the bank’s customers in an easy to understand way.
