You will provide an efficient and professional service to customers over the phone or online, supporting customer queries, faults and requests for service. You will strive for customer excellence and ensure all customers are dealt with efficiently and in a welcoming and friendly way. Full training will be provided for this role, although it is essential the candidates have a genuine interest in working with customers and have a high interest in technology.
