Our client is seeking a Senior Client Relationship Executive on a permanent basis to manage a portfolio of Life and Disability clients with exceptional client service, demonstrating extensive technical knowledge. You will cultivate solid relationships with clients and brokers through the provision of exceptional service and strong communication, arrange regular calls with allocated brokers and clients to ensure satisfaction with renewals, quotes, general administration and claim payments and organise and carry out member / client presentations. You must have excellent communication skills.
